LPA’s team hosted a 7 day live broadcast on Facebook. They presented a series of interactive seminars covering different mental health topics, and targeted different age groups, during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The sessions were geared towards aiding different individuals in coping with the implications of the COVID-19 crisis, including the imposed lockdowns. Different themes, such as anxiety management, coping with stress and mental health in times of crisis.
